GlassEst is now fully connected to Xero. Push invoices straight from GlassEst into your Xero ledger — no double entry, no end-of-month reconciliation session.
And there's a second half to this release that matters to anyone using subcontractors: GlassEst now handles CIS contractor invoicing too. Labour is automatically routed to your CIS labour account with the domestic reverse charge applied, so CIS jobs are taxed correctly every time — not just the ones you remember to set up properly.
How the Xero Connection Works
The flow you already use doesn't change. Build the quote on site or at the trade counter, convert it to a job, book the work, then raise the invoice when it's done.
The difference is the last step. Instead of printing the invoice and typing it into Xero — or worse, exporting it and cleaning it up — you push it straight across. Customer, line items, quantities, rates, VAT: it all lands in your Xero ledger exactly as raised in GlassEst.
